When will my order will be dispatched?

We post your orders 3 times during the week (on Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning, italian time).

The delivery time varies accordingly to the country of destination. SECRET BASE warehouse is located in Milan (Italy).

We offer two delivery services

GLS Express

For Italy and (some) European countries only Delivery time is 1 business day for Italy and 2 for Europe.

FEDEX EXPRESS

Carrier is FEDEX, this express courier grants the highest standard on the market. After processing your order in our offices, delivery time for Europe is 2 business days and 3-4 for the rest of the world (please kindly note that this calculation doesn’t include the time for customs clearance).

It’s important to add your phone number and email to your personal data because the carrier will use them to contact you in case of troubles or to give tracking details.
